Francesca Hamilton has been a full time licensed real estate advisor in Arizona for nearly 10 years and brings experience, honesty and dedication to every transaction.
She has sold real estate in the multimillion dollar range, including coveted estates in Paradise Valley and Silverleaf. She loves helping first time homebuyers as well, and has a background in selling real estate valleywide. Francesca and her team offer real estate services throughout the Greater Phoenix metro, including the suburbs and rural communities.

Having designed and flipped rental properties, Francesca has a long list of trusted contractors, handymen, and vendors to refer her clients. In her spare time, Francesca loves to relax with a great book or documentary after cooking a meal at home. During the summer, Francesca likes to vacation in Europe, particularly Italy where she indulges in their culture, delicious food and red wine.
Born in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona, Naudia combines her deep local knowledge with a rich background in marketing and civil engineering to offer unparalleled real estate services. After graduating from ASU, she managed multiple marketing portfolios for a national civil engineering firm and has leveraged this experience into her personal real estate brand and marketing skills for her client’s homes.
She has been recognized in the Arizona real estate industry as Phoenix Magazine’s Top Producer and has also won the Scottsdale's Association of Realtors 40 Under 40 Award in both 2024 and 2025.
As an active Kappa Delta Alumni and Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 group member, Naudia spends her days off raising money for children’s charities across the valley, volunteering, walking her dog Sophie, or reading non-fiction by the pool. Naudia works not only with a servient attitude in her community, but she brings this forward in her career.
