She has sold real estate in the multimillion dollar range, including coveted estates in Paradise Valley and Silverleaf. She loves helping first time homebuyers as well, and has a background in selling real estate valleywide. Francesca and her team offer real estate services throughout the Greater Phoenix metro, including the suburbs and rural communities.

With a vast resume, highlights include working at a top marketing agency in Southern California, managing a 95-unit furnished apartment community in South Scottsdale, and being one of the first agents hired by ibuyer Opendoor when they entered the Phoenix market in 2016. Nike has been a major asset to Hamilton Luxury Group since joining the team in June of 2020. She got her start in wholesale real estate in 2019, and transitioned to residential when she met Francesca the following year. Nike enjoys both the investment and residential sides of the industry, and when she's not sourcing deals for her clients, she is working on her own investment portfolio. She purchased her first home in 2021, and is currently renovating the backyard to transform it into a vacation rental. Nike was born in Maui, Hawaii, and moved to Phoenix when she was just two years old. She has since lived all over the booming metropolitan (Ahwatukee, Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale, Arcadia, Midtown and Uptown Phoenix) and is a great resource for buyers relocating to the area.

Wanda is Francesca's mom, and received her real estate license a second time in the 2000s to help Francesca as Hamilton Luxury Group's business grew. An astute businesswoman, before retirement from her lifelong career owning an accounts receivables business, Wanda was awarded Phoenix Business Woman of the Year in the 1980s. The Phoenix real estate market is easy for Wanda, having grown up in Phoenix her entire life. She's watched the "Valley of the Sun" prosper over the years and this gives Wanda the edge when it comes to matching clients with their ideal neighborhood. Wanda is both a realtor and investor herself, owning several successful vacation rental properties in the hottest Scottsdale areas.
