Is Knock less expensive than a real estate agent?

No, Knock is not less expensive than working with a real estate agent because of the fees they charge you and the repairs/cleaning they require. Repairs are not optional.

What are people saying about Knock? Knock reviews?

The biggest complaint home sellers have with Knock is that the staff is constantly changing, and home sellers have to follow up with Knock to get their questions answered. Since you work with more than one Knock agent and manager or contractor there can be additional stress as opposed to working with a single real estate agent or smaller team.

Knock charges additional fees and requires repairs to make it possible for you to move into your new home before the old home is sold. With the fees and constant change in Knock staffing/contractors, home sellers feel that they don’t properly understand the process by the time its too late to go back.

Another complaint is that Knock is supposed to help buyers find a new home, but, Knock’s overwhelmed staff does not actively look for homes for their clients, so you end up doing your own research to find a home without guidance.

Why would I use Knock?

Knock is only used for home sellers that need to sell their current home before they can buy a new one. However, there are other options to buy a new home before you sell your old home if you are working with an experienced real estate agent. Additionally, an experienced agent can focus on your home instead of jugging too many customers at once like the big company Knock.

Since Knock is new to the Phoenix market their contractor/repair resources and neighborhood familiarity is still in the learning stages in comparison to an experienced Phoenix realtor. For the amount of advertising they are doing, they are selling very few homes.

Francesca makes the process stress-free and easy for her clients while getting them the best deal out there.
